Why do some people feel they should make their sex lives public?

I feel fine and tasteful just being nude or sexual with my man or lover. Why do some people, even married people, feel that they should let the whole world see them in their most lewd or sexual acts? What are your opinions? I have mine, but I rather keep them to myself.
